Dear , Brian Greene, so called "background radiation & red shift" is still a theory & not "divine facts"; micro radiation could be a natural results of various cosmic processes & doppler effects can be problematic on large scales especially when "everything in cosmic realm is very dynamic, to say the least; for example, our early scientists ALSO considered earth to be static center of the "known then" universe...!...
