September 8th turned out to be the perfect date for our inaugural membership event: a Scientific Sails program that set off at dusk on the Hudson River. Members spent an evening aboard the 80-foot Adirondack schooner getting to know each other and learning about the Hudson, and enjoying refreshments generously provided by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company.
