Sunny Bates is an entrepreneur who specializes in forging connections between the most talented leaders, experts, and executives across the media, technology, entertainment, social, and citizen sectors. She is the founder of ten businesses, including the advisory company "What Keeps You Up At Night?" For 18 years, she was at the helm of Sunny Bates Associates, one of the leading executive search firms in the media/entertainment/digital arena, before selling the company to her employees in 2005. A board member of organizations such as the Creative Capital Foundation and the President's Committee of the Wildlife Trust, she also serves on a number of advisory boards, including that of the TED Conferences.
