Legal Assistant Intern
Essential Functions
The Legal Assistant Intern will assist The Science Festival Foundation in the following areas:
- Create a comprehensive rights database of still photos, videos, transcripts, etc.
- Assist with on-going rights issues
- Catalog new still photos, videos and transcripts as needed
- Help with daily office activities in The Science Festival Foundation
Skills Required
Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, possess good communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications a must.
A background in intellectual property a plus.

Development / Research Intern
Essential Functions
The Development\Research Intern will support the Development Team in the following areas:
- Assist with research for World Science Festival Gala event.
- Research high net worth individuals who belong to cultural and environmental organizations.
- Search names, bios, board memberships, executive staff, contact
- Help with daily office activities.

Essential Functions
The Development\Research Intern will support the Development Team in the following areas:
- Assisting with general office duties
- Conducting festival research
- Preparing marketing and administrative materials for distribution
- Distributing marketing and administrative materials
- Assisting the operations team with the planning and setup of festival locations
- Leading volunteer teams during the Festival
