What is the World Science Festival?
The World Science Festival gathers great minds in science and the arts to produce live and digital content that allows a broad general audience to engage with scientific discoveries. Through discussions, debates, theatrical works, interactive explorations, musical performances, intimate salons, and major outdoor experiences, the festival takes science out of the laboratory and into the streets, parks, museums, galleries and premier performing arts venues of New York City and beyond.

TICKETS
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE WORLD SCIENCE FESTIVAL’S LIVE EVENTS?
Tickets are available online. Purchase tickets to in-person WSF programs by clicking on the BUY TICKETS link on any program page for which tickets are available. Please see our homepage to access tickets that are now on sale.
Can I purchase tickets in person?
Tickets cannot be purchased in-person prior to the event.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Payments can’t be split between multiple cards. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and Discover.
Can I purchase tickets in person the day of an event?
Yes. If available, tickets will be available at least 1 hour before the event.
Can I purchase tickets in person for sold-out events?
Yes. If available, tickets will be available at least 1 hour before the event. In the event that additional tickets become available, they are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Will you send me my ticket by mail?
Tickets will not be mailed. Please present your digital ticket at the event for admission. Events will begin promptly at the time on your ticket.
Do you offer any student discounts?
Yes. We offer a student discount to the majority of our events for all high school, college, and university students with a valid student ID. Tickets can be purchased online on our website. Please note that additional discounts are not applicable to student tickets.

Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
Yes, refunds and exchanges are permitted up to 72 hours prior to the event start time.
