The Birds and the Bees across Species
During his research into pleasure centers in the brain, neuroscientist Jim Pfaus noticed that the same areas of the brain activate with clitoral stimulation—regardless of species. He asserts that while humans may have larger cortexes, our lower brains aren’t that different from our other animal relatives. As he puts it, “Mother Nature loves a keeper.”
