Former Director of Coaching for the US Olympic Committee, Tom Crawford (left), joins the team for Science of Sports, at NYU’s Coles Gymnasium, on Saturday May 31. Described as "the most knowledgeable single-source expert in athlete and sports development in the US," Crawford will lay-out the play-by-play story of how science drives success for world-class athletes.
Tom recently told a gathering of WSF supporters that at the highest levels of competition, winning is mostly about the mind. David Eagleman, Assistant Professor of Neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine, joins Tom to talk about how the brain contributes to athletic performance.
