“A Toast to Science and the Arts” celebrates the launch of the 2021 World Science Festival, a year-long series of signature explorations, some live and some digital, featuring world-leading thinkers, artists and innovators discussing cutting edge ideas, recent discoveries and future opportunities.

Co-hosted by Marilyn and Jim Simons and Tamsen Ann Ziff, this program includes an invitation-only preview of Until the End of Time — an original stage work featuring Brian Greene, which explores our fleeting existence within the grand cosmological unfolding.

Program contents:

  • Brief World Science Festival overview, with remarks by Tracy Day, Brian Greene, Jim and Marilyn Simons (18 minutes)
  • Exclusive Preview of Until the End of Time (55 minutes)

This program will be available online for viewing until July 15, 2021.

The World Science Festival is made possible by the generous support of our donors, including the following sponsors of A Toast to Science and the Arts. All contributions are matched through a generous grant from the Simons Foundation.
