Chef, Owner, and Founder of Momofuku Milk Bar

Christina Tosi is the chef, owner and founder of Momofuku Milk Bar and the 2012 recipient of the James Beard Rising Star Chef Award. She founded the dessert program at Momofuku, helping Momofuku Ko earn two Michelin stars and Momofuku Ssäm jump onto Restaurant Magazine’s top 100 restaurants in the world. Bon Appétit magazine called Milk Bar “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” Tosi’s adventurous combinations of textures and flavors have earned the bakery a loyal following. The unique cereal milk, compost cookies, and crack pies have been featured in The New York Times, In Style magazine, and numerous other outlets.
