David Draiman

Vocalist, Songwriter, Producer

Fronting GRAMMY® Award-nominated multiplatinum rock leviathan Disturbed and industrial disruptor Device, vocalist, songwriter, and producer David Draiman casts an inescapable shadow over modern rock. Since joining Disturbed in 1996, the group has sold 16 million albums globally and notched ten No. 1 singles at Active Rock Radio. Draiman powered a chain of seminal releases, beginning with 2000’s quadruple-platinum The Sickness and culminating on 2015’s gold Immortalized. The latter marked the group’s fifth consecutive #1 debut on the Billboard Top 200—a feat only matched by Metallica. The band’s platinum cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence” went viral with a classically-backed CONAN performance, became a Hot 100 crossover sensation, and received a GRAMMY® nod for “Best Rock Performance.” 2013 saw Draiman launch Device, assuming the roles of co-producer and vocalist for the group’s self-titled titled full-length debut. Simultaneously, he produced Trivium’s 2013 offering Vengeance Falls and lent his voice to records from Megadeth and Halestorm. Draiman remains one of rock’s most recognizable frontmen.
