Rob Morrow

Rob Morrow is an actor, writer, and restaurant owner who is best known for his portrayal of Joel Fleishman in the hit TV series Northern Exposure. In the course of his career, he has been nominated multiple times for Golden Globe and Emmy Awards; he was most recently seen in the Rob Reiner film The Bucket List starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman and is currently starring in the television show Numb3rs as FBI Special Agent Don Eppes.

Born in New Rochelle, New York, Morrow had his first success as Dick Goodwin in the acclaimed 1994 film Quiz Show, about the 1950s game-show scandal. More recently, he has starred in the Showtime original series Street Time and appeared in the film The Emperor’s Club. Among his directing credits are episodes of Street Time, HBO’s Oz, and CBS’s Joan of Arcadia.

Morrow has had a longtime interest in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) research and is currently on the board of directors for Project ALS.
