Carolee Carmello
Carolee Carmello is an actress and singer best known for her performances in Broadway musicals. She is a three-time Tony Award nominee and a 5-time Drama Desk nominee, winning the 1999 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for her role in Parade. On Broadway, Carmello has starred in Tuck Everlasting, Finding Neverland (Drama Desk nomination), Scandalous (Tony nomination, Drama Desk nomination), Sister Act, The Addams Family (Drama Desk nomination, Outer Critics Circle nomination), Mamma Mia!, Lestat (Tony nomination, Drama Desk nomination), Urinetown, Kiss Me Kate, The Scarlet Pimpernel, 1776, Parade (Tony nomination, Drama Desk Award), Falsettos, and City of Angels. Her Off-Broadway appearances include Sweeney Todd, Elegies, The Vagina Monologues, A Class Act, Hello Again (Obie Award), I Can Get It For You Wholesale, Das Barbecü, john and jen.
